The present invention relates to a promoter variant of superoxide dismutase(SOD) coding gene (SOD gene) derived from coryneform bacterium, to a reconfigured vector including the promoter variant, to a host cell transformed into the reconfigured vector, and a fermentation and production method of L-lysine comprises a cultivating step by using the host cell.
