The present invention is for providing a residential wastes integrated management system and a residential wastes integrated management method, which are for sending a residential wastes collection vehicle efficiently, by grasping vehicle traveling speed and proceeding state by current vehicle position, by systematizing collection and transportation of residential wastes like collection route, collection time and collection frequency of the residential wastes collection vehicle, by collecting evidence data (moving pictures, images) in case of civil complaint occurrence and data required in sending the residential wastes collection vehicle through a GPS and a camera attached to the residential wastes collection vehicle. The residential wastes integrated management system includes: the residential wastes collection vehicle which collects residential wastes on the basis of the traveling route of the vehicle, and collects traveling information and wastes collection images of the vehicle through the comprised GPS and the camera and then transmits the traveling information and the wastes collection images by using a network; and a management server which integrally manages residential wastes collection by grasping the vehicle traveling speed and the proceeding state by the current location of the residential wastes collection vehicle by using the traveling information and the wastes collection images of the vehicle received by being collected in the residential wastes collection vehicle, and keeps evidence data of the civil complaints related with the residential wastes collection.
