Based on the integrated application of functional and process approaches to organization life cycle, integrated management systems, taking into account the need to overcome limitations of the systemic approach in the creation and use of systems such as hi-tech projects development, provides scientific-methodological recommendations on organization of rational use of system functionality. Intellectualization of integrated management systems using robotic systems and complexes is presented comprehensively at the level of organizational, organizational and resource (taking into account their decomposition into organizational-information, organizational-cognitive, organizational-technical) and technical-technological processes. The main features of target processes in the life cycle of an integrated control system when including functional systems based on robotic systems and complexes in its composition are given. The complete group of target processes is considered. This approach is universal and is proposed to describe the structure of counteracting processes that have an artificial origin. In the lifecycle of integrated systems. The main content of developers' work on providing target processes at the stages of the integrated management system life cycle is considered: research, development, testing and operation of integrated management systems. It is shown that organizational and resource processes are the most flexible and capable of prompt adjustment at the operational stage. The article considers the development trend of integrated management systems as network-centric systems that allow for the reallocation of resources for the implementation of the main functions of the system. On a process basis, in accordance with the system triad, which includes the principles of openness, non-linearity and coherence, the conditions for implementing synergetic properties are considered. For this purpose, conditions should be created for the emergence of synergetic processes within the full group of processes aimed at implementing functionality. To create such conditions should be identified and promptly addressed vulnerability at the interface of the target process, to timely and qualitatively addressed the negative conditions for the implementation of opposing processes of external and internal origin, a rational way to be the formation and implementation of institutional, organizational, resource and technical-technological processes in the composition of their complete group. It is shown that such conditions should be planned and provided at the early stages of the integrated systems life cycle during research to determine the main organizational, technical, system and technological solutions. Organizational and resource processes can be quickly adjusted during operation. Technical and technological processes provided for at the stage of development of the control system do not have wide opportunities for their correction.
