The present invention relates to a transgenic silkworm having hSCF recombinant protein. A method for preparing the transgenic silkworm having hSCF recombinant protein of the present invention comprises the steps of: introducing a dHsp70 promoter and a 3xP3 promoter to a transfer vector in order to prepare an expression vector for silkworm transformation; and micro-injecting the expression vector for the silkworm transformation into a silkworm egg and preparing a transduced transgenic silkworm.
