PURPOSE: Braised stingray with medial herbs, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the abundant content of minerals in the stingray, and to improve the palatability of the stingray. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of braised stingray with medial herbs comprises the following steps: washing and cutting fresh stingray, and steaming the stingray before drying; steaming the dried stingray for 10 minutes in a steamer, and adding red pepper slices, green pepper slices, and garlic slices to obtain a stingray mixture; cutting the medical herbs and onions, and extracting with water; filtering the extract before adding starch syrup, sugar, starch, and a ginger extract, and stirring to obtain herbal sauce; and mixing and heating the stingray mixture and the herbal sauce. The medical herbs include ginseng, astragalus membranaceus, cornu cervi, cnidium officinale, lycium chinense, eleutherococcus sessiliflorus, angelica sinensis, polygonatum odoratum, jujube, and glycyrrhizae radix.
