The present invention relates to a close- field measurement device , more specifically a narrow active phased array antenna relates to a band measurement device . Embodiment of the present invention includes a pulse generator for generating pulse signals carried on the carrier frequency , and the antenna for emitting the pulse signal , the antenna and the scanner is receiving a reception signal coming in from the orientation direction , of the total of the received signal from the band , and the narrow-band filter passes only a narrow band range by pre-set for outputting a narrow band signal , and an AD converter for outputting a sampling value obtained by sampling the narrowband signal , wherein the sampling value output from the AD converter include the IF filter to extract only the sampled values published in the carrier frequency . ;
