The present invention relates to a method for managing a liquid fertilizer tank of livestock excreta and a system thereof. More specifically, provided is a method for managing a liquid fertilizer tank of livestock excreta and a system thereof, by reducing the concentration of pollutants and enhancing decomposition efficiency through air stone aeration and automatically regulating air supply using oxidation reduction potential (ORP), thereby controlling activity (pH), removing SCOD, reducing EC concentration, and maintaining high concentration of total nitrogen and ammonium nitrogen.
