Flocking puff with cloth base and method thereof

摘要

PURPOSE: The flock puff using the cloth base and manufacturing method thereof are provided to enable an implementation of a constant flock puff by fixing a gumminess of a transplanted file, and comprising an even adhesion. CONSTITUTION: The flock puff using the cloth base comprises synthetic resin thread cloth bases(10, 20) which forms a top and bottom exterior surface, a spongy bone layer(30) which is integrally combined by using a puff adhesive between the top and bottom of synthetic resin thread cloth base, the flock puff which molds a puff cloth and cuts. Each of the synthetic resin thread cloth base is used after transplanting a file(40) of 0.4 ~ 1.5 denier, 0.6-1.2 millimeter by using file adhesive in the exterior surface. The synthetic resin thread cloth base is weaved with nylon or the polyester yarn, but the weight is comprised to 80~260g / 1YD.
