PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing polymer-nanoparticle is provided to form a polymer coating layer on nanoparticles without a separate surface process and to easily remove non-reacted polymers by using amphiphilic ionic liquid and to uniformly form polymer coating layers in nanometer thickness units. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing polymer-nanoparticle comprises the following step: phase separating coated nanoparticles and polymer solution from slurry by adding suspension which includes the polymer solution and nanoparticles to amphiphilic ionic liquid. The slurry comprises 15-75 volume% of polymer solution and 25-85 volume% of nanoparticles or 5-50 wt% of the polymer solution and 50-95wt% of nanoparticles. The polymer solution is one kind or two kinds selected from polyamic acid, polyether imide, polysulfone or ion conductive copolymer. The nanoparticles are inorganic particles or metal particles. The ionic solution is a compound including one or more anions selected from cation represented by chemical formula 1, or PF6-, BF4-, sbF6-, CF3SO3-, CH3SO4- and C2H5SO4.
