PURPOSE: A alumina powder surrounded by graphene sheets, a manufacturing method of alumina powder, alumina powder manufactured by the manufacturing method, a graphene-tio2 paste, a manufacturing method of graphene -tio2 paste, a manufacturing method of dye-sensitized solar cells, and manufactured dye sensitized solar cells manufactured by the manufacturing method are provided to work as effective electron transfer media by being mixed with TiO2 nano-powders. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of alumina powder comprises the following steps: preparing AlN powders; and manufacturing alumina powders wrapped by graphene sheets by calcinating the AIN powders under reactive gas condition. The graphene-TiO2 paste comprises alumina powder and a mixed powder of TiO2 nano-powders. A manufacturing method of the dye sensitized solar cells comprises the following steps: forming an electrode layer on top of a substrate; and forming a TiO2 layer by coating graphene-TiO2 paste on the electrode layer.
