The present invention is an electrochemical biosensor using electricity electrochemically reduced graphene oxide catalyst phenomenon , relates to a preparation method thereof and the sensing method . The electrochemical biosensor using the electrocatalyst of the developing electrochemically reduced graphene oxide according to the present invention is excellent selectivity than the conventional biosensors , there is provided a sensitivity and economy . Also, dyes (dye) to derive optical properties change with the bond between the materials is required, the probe substance or target substance in comparison to the optical system that need to be labeled in the process (labeling) of a dye , using an electrochemical method the present invention provides a good sense of the effect in the economy . ;
