PURPOSE: A production method of health beverage using jujube is provided to remove the unique taste of jujube, and to improve nerve stability, skin hydration, and intestinal mobility. CONSTITUTION: 35-45wt% of purified water and 55-65wt% of sodium alginate are mixed and heated at 45-55C before stirring. The mixture of sodium alginate and water, a hyaluronic acid mixed agent, and fish collagen are mixed in a weight ration of 3:1:0.5 to obtain alginic acid solid. A high-fructose solution, xanthan gum and carboxymethyl cellulose are mixed in a weight ratio of 25-30:1-1.5:1, and stirred. The stirred mixture is mixed with purified water, and hydrated at 75-85C. The hydrated solution is mixed with a jujube extract, jujube concentrate, and vitamins, and the mixture is stirred to obtain a jujube beverage. The jujube beverage is filtered and mixed with the alginic acid solid. The alginic acid solid mixed jujube beverage is sterilized and packaged.
