A propellant is a material that makes it possible to obtain thrust by passing high temperature and pressure gas, generated by a catalyst decomposition reaction, through a nozzle and accelerating it. The propellant comprises: 90-99 wt% of a first propellant selected between hydrogen peroxide and hydroxylamine nitrate; and 1-10 wt% of a second propellant selected between ethanol and methanol. The blended propellant has the same function as existing hydrogen propellants by applying first and second thrusting materials which do not generate poisonous ingredients while combusting, and minimize the generation of poisonous ingredients at the same time. An environment friendly thruster using the blended propellant can secure structural stability at high temperatures by using a ceramic distributer.
