The porous membrane layer and a portion consisting of a space surrounded by the outer layer , the gas supplied to the porous membrane negative space and a motor for rotating a chamber , and a porous membrane for receiving a rotary micro-bubble generator , at least a part is formed of a porous member of the outer layer is disclosed. Thus, it is possible to generate micro-bubbles with a small while having a simplified structure without complex pressure . ;
