PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generation method of micro-nanobubbles, a generator of micro-nanobubbles and a generation device of micro-nanobubbles where microbubbles are stably generated although a pump is compact and a gas supply amount is minute and, at the same time, a part of generated microbubbles are efficiently converted into nanobubbles in a same operation.;SOLUTION: A generation method of micro-nanobubbles comprises: a step to generate a gas-liquid two phase swirl flow in a two phase swirl flow type micro-nanobubble generator; a step to discharge the gas-liquid two phase swirl flow into an outer liquid from the discharge hole of the micro-nanobubble generator; and a step to transfer the discharged microbubbles in the gas-liquid two phase swirl flow along the outer wall surface of the micro-nanobubble generator.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
