The present invention relates to a fabric for shielding electromagnetic waves and preventing static electricity woven in the modified form of satin or twill weave using conductive metal yarn and flexible fibers as warp and weft, wherein the conductive metal yarn is more exposed on a front surface than on a rear surface and the conductive metal yarn is less exposed on the rear surface than on the front surface. The fabric for shielding electromagnetic waves and preventing static electricity according to the present invention can provide the excellent performance of shielding electromagnetic waves with the metal yarn being spaced apart properly in a mesh structure and can maximize the performance of preventing static electricity on an object by maximally exposing the metal yarn on the surface of the fabric and increasing the frequency of the object in contact with the surface of the fabric contacting with the metal yarn. Also the fabric according to the present invention is advantageous in keeping and carrying owing to the ability of stable winding and unwinding because the fabric is woven in the form of satin or twill weave using metal yarn and fibers as warp and weft, and has excellent flexibility. And the performance of shielding electromagnetic waves and preventing static electricity can be improved and the high thermal conductivity, high reflectance, low emissivity, antibacterial activity and antifungal activity of silver yarn can be added because the fabric can be grounded, the silver yarn can be used as the metal yarn, and the fabric can be composed using quickly sweat-absorbing and drying double weave.
