According to an embodiment of the present invention, a virtual board platform operated in a virtual machine realized on a host machine comprises a virtual processor for decoding a first command set used in an actual system on chip (SOC) into a second command set which can be executed on the host machine, and a plurality of virtual devices controlled by the virtual processor, based on the second command set, therein the virtual devices are mapped to a plurality of physical devices included in the actual SOC, respectively.
