Disclosed is a carbon dioxide marine isolation method which uses a neutralizing step using calcium oxide usually contained in industrial alkali waste for changing carbon dioxide into high concentrate bicarbonate ions, an aeration step for producing leakage water stably containing the bicarbonate ions during the contact with the atmosphere, and a discharge step of the leakage water to the sea with relatively shallow water level for isolating. According to the present invention, a user can perform the carbon dioxide marine isolation with a relatively low cost by using the industrial alkali waste, and can store carbon dioxide in an environmentally friendly way for a long time by minimizing environmental harmful influences including marine oxidation. Through the carbon dioxide marine isolation method, a user can actively correspond to the regulations on discharging carbon dioxide, and can obtain an economical effect by securing the carbon ecoright.
