Provided is a method of providing a human relationship matching service by using mobile personal information that comprises the steps of: (a) a keyword input module of a smart device receives, as an input, and transmits a particular word to a server; (b) a synonym DB clustering module of the server searches information from a real-time timeline DB and performs clustering by extracting all the sentences including the particular word; (c) a search module thereof receives the clustered list from the server and then displays the clustered list on a screen; (d) the clustered list is transmitted to the server if a selection module thereof selects a particular list among the clustered list, and an acceptance querying module of the server queries whether information is allowed to view on an individual platform for a user; and (e) an acceptance determining module thereof transmits acceptance or rejection to the server, wherein the acceptance determining module has been received the query about whether the information is allowed to view.
