The conventional system for indirectly measuring thawing through the sampling to measure a frictional coefficient between a hull and the thawing has a disadvantage that an accurate frictional coefficient is not obtained by not properly considering normal force by an ice load. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a real-time hull frictional coefficient measurement system for an ice sea vessel to accurately measure a frictional coefficient between a real scale hull and the thawing in real seas while solving the conventional problems. The real-time hull frictional coefficient measurement system for an ice sea vessel of the present invention comprises a 6 cutting force component system, a load cell, a camera, a global positioning system (GPS), a temperature string sensor, a frictional coefficient measurement database and calculation software. By measuring, in real time, the frictional coefficient between the hull and the thawing, the present invention may be variously used as an index for verifying performance of the ice sea vessel, a basic material for developing an ice model test method and upgrading model test interpretation data, a supporting material for determining the painting time and the maintenance time of an icebreaker by construing the corrosion and roughness of the hull and a material for developing an optimum icebreaker for the current thawing state and making the physical properties of the thawing as a database.
