The present invention relates to a method for controlling a storage temperature of a kimchi refrigerator which comprises the following steps: a step for determining whether an aging mode is inputted from a key input unit using a control unit; a step for increasing the storage temperature to a preset temperature by operating a heater when the aging mode is inputted, and maintaining the temperature; and a step for changing the aging mode into a storage mode when the preset time is passed, decreasing the storage temperature into a freezing temperature by operating a compressor, and maintaining the temperature.
