摘要

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a mutant microorganism which can simultaneously utilize cellobiose and other sugars such as xylose and whose cellobiose utilization increases via overexpression of ascB or chbF gene, to a microorganism prepared by the method, and to a method for preparing biofuel, bioactive functional substances, medical substances, chemical industry based chemicals, and the likes using the same. Cellobiose utilization of the mutant microorganism according to the present invention increases unlike wild microorganisms, and the mutant microorganism can simultaneously utilize cellobiose and sugars selected from a group including xylose, mannose, and galactose.
