The present invention provides economical and efficient methods related to mass production, high quality biomass, harvesting, storage, and preprocess of hydrodictyon algae, which have never been reported about mass production among freshwater algae. The methods comprise: inducing outstanding seeds; optimally managing culturing conditions for increasing production and highly containing effective materials; harvesting/dehydrating the grew hydrodictyon algae; and drying/storing/preprocessing the harvested biomass.
