The present invention relates to a feed additive for dairy cattle containing Rhodobacter spharoides expressing coenzyme Q10 as an active ingredient, and feed for dairy cattle including the same. Rhodobacter spharoides according to the present invention enhances the synthetic amount of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), and the survivability in the ruminant stomach and the effect of transferring to milk are excellent when a feed additive including rhodobacter spharoides is fed to dairy cattle.
