The present invention relates to a membrane separating film of oxygen separation process or a solid oxide electrolysis cell or a current collector of fuel cell and a manufacturing method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to increase the collecting efficiency by laminating the solid oxide electrolysis cell or the fuel cell while making into a stack, thereby increasing the electrical contact between a separation plate and an anode; and a separation plate and a cathode. Hence, an embodiment of the present invention comprises the followings: a step of manufacturing a green sheet as a precursor of a viscoelastic medium type coating film by mixing ceramic powder or metallic conductor powder with an organic matter; a step of forming a coating film by attaching the green sheet on each surface of anode and cathode of an end cell respectively with tape casting method; a step of heat treating each coating film by combining the separation plate respectively with in-situ method. Accordingly, the manufacturing method of the current collector and the current collector thereof are disclosed. Furthermore, in the present invention, a step of manufacturing the green sheet can be replaced to a step of manufacturing ceramic powder or metallic conductor powder into paste status after mixing with an organic matter.
