The present invention provides a recording medium which stores a computer program for analyzing pathogen infections against a plant and a method for analyzing the pathogen infections of the plant using the same. A process for analyzing the pathogen infections of the plant is comprised of processes of a) a library module in which spectrum information of a normal plant sample and a pathogen infected plant sample are inputted; and b) a process module which compares the spectrum from the library and a spectrum of a unknown plant sample; which are performed by the mathematical formula 1, and c) a voting module using a high quality index (HQI) value derived from the process module.
