The present invention provides a recording medium storing a computer program for analysis of pathogen infections of plants, which includes a program capable of executing the following process, and an analysis method for pathogen infections of plants using the same (A) a library module in which information on spectral spectra of normal plant samples and pathogen infected plant samples is input; (b) a process module for comparing a spectral spectrum of an unknown plant sample with an spectral spectrum in the library, said process being performed through the following equation:Equation 1 Where A is the spectrum of the target plant sample, L is the spectrum present in the library and n is the number of wavenumber or wavelength of the measured spectrum; And (c) a voting module using a hit quality index (HQI) value derived from the process module. The analysis method of the present invention using the above algorithm can detect virus infection very easily and quickly with a low discrimination error rate. Therefore, the HQI-voting algorithm of the present invention and the method using the HQI-voting algorithm can be effectively applied to crops, especially vegetable crops, which are greatly damaged by virus infection.
