The present invention relates to primer sets for discriminating the breeding line or cultivar of oriental melon comprising at least one oligonucleotide primer set selected from the group consisting of seven pairs of oligonucleotide primer sets represented by the sequence number 1 to 14, a kit for discriminating the breeding line or cultivar of the oriental melon including the primer sets, and a method for discriminating the breeding line or cultivar of oriental melon using the primer sets.
