The present invention relates to a composition comprising acecainide or procainamide which is a derivative of acecainide, or a composition for promoting differentiation of myoblast comprising a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. The acecainide or procainamide which is a derivative of acecainide according to the present invention can promote differentiation of myoblast to form a muscle canal, and thereby prevent muscular weakness and effectively improve muscular function.
