Provided are an ionic liquid polymer electrolyte composition, an ionic liquid polymer electrolyte manufactured by the same, and a lithium secondary battery including the same. The ionic liquid polymer electrolyte is manufactured by polymerizing an ionic liquid polymer electrolyte composition including ionic liquid monomers, an organic electrolyte liquid, and a cross-linker having at least two double bonds on the end portion. Accordingly, provided is a lithium secondary battery which is resolved with a problem of leaking electrolyte, and which has an excellent resistance to fire. [Reference numerals] (AA) 5 wt% of ionic liquid monomer + 1 wt% of crosslinking agent; (BB) 5 wt% of ionic liquid monomer + 2 wt% of crosslinking agent; (CC) 5 wt% of ionic liquid monomer + 3 wt% of crosslinking agent
