The present invention relates to a flexible hinge device and a flexible display device including the same. The flexible hinge device is a hinge device to maintain the plane surface state or curved surface state of a flexible display. The flexible hinge device is formed of a shape maintenance unit. Both ends of the shape maintenance unit are assembled with a straight line section excluding a bending section of the flexible display. The center of the shape maintenance unit has a straight line length corresponding to the bending section of the flexible display. The shape maintenance unit has elastic force to maintain the plane surface state with the flexible display and has flexibility capable of being freely bent in an internal or external direction. According to the present invention, the flexible display can be folded and used while maintaining a plane surface or a constant angle through a curved surface maintenance hinge member. The flexible display can be stored by being folded as a small size and can be carried. Also, the flexible display can be unfolded while maintaining the plane surface state by a plane surface hinge member and can be used by being transformed as various shapes including a tablet PC. The shape of the flexible display can be freely changed while maintaining a constant angle and can be used by be stood. The transportability and storage property are simplified if the flexible display is applied to a portable mobile deice such as a normal monitor or a PC monitor, a TV and a smart phone, a tablet PC as various shapes. A product regarding a flexible display device having various conveniences can be designed and the flexible display device having various expanding functions can be provided to a consumer. Therefore, the present invention shows various effects.
