The present invention relates to a culturing method of lactobacillus lactic acid bacteria which mixes an yeast extract and anhydrous glucose with a generic medium to facilitate the culture and growth of lactobacillus brevis (L.brevis) lactic acid bacteria and enables a mass culture in an inexpensive medium, and a method for producing an excellent volatile fatty acid by inoculating the L.brevis lactic acid bacteria into sludge and solubilizing the same. The method for manufacturing a lactic acid bacterial medicine of the present invention comprises the steps of: culturing lactobacillus brevis (L.brevis), which is a lactic acid bacteria, in a medium by adding a yeast extract and an anhydrous glucose, and manufacturing a lactic acid bacteria culture liquid; drying the cultured lactic acid bacteria culture liquid; and crushing the dried lactic acid bacteria culture liquid, and producing a lactic acid bacteria powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
