The present invention relates to a system for displaying and storing videos of a camera which includes a camera unit including a front camera which acquires images of the front side of a user vehicle and which is usually ON and at least one camera which is usually OFF and arranged to acquire images around the user vehicle; a black box which stores image information received from the camera unit and/or the acoustic information of the user vehicle; a V2V communication unit which acquires the risk element information of the user vehicle or adjacent vehicles; and a control unit which determines whether condition is an emergency situation or not base on the risk element information acquired by the V2V communication unit, turns on the camera of a direction where an emergency situation is occurred when the condition is determined as an emergency situation, and displays the image acquired by the camera on an AVN monitor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
