The present invention transcribes a transcription surface on a resin sheet and forms a thick section having a large protrusion size. The present invention comprises a returning process for returning a resin sheet (25) between the first mold and the second mold including a transcription surface among at least one surface facing from each other; a pinching process for inserting the resin sheet (25) in a condition in which at least one surface is touched with the transcription surface between the two molds; and a transcription molding process for transcribing the transcription surface on at least one surface of the resin sheet (25) by heating at least one part of the mold, and for forming the large thick section having a larger protrusion size than that of the maximum height of an uneven part for forming a light control unit formed on the surface of the transcription surface on one surface of the resin sheet (25) using a concave part which forms a light introduction unit for forming the mold.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
