The present invention relates to a combined generation facility using a trolley manufacture, a trolley track circulation frame, and a trolley track circulation power apparatus which are to produce electricity using a hydro-energy resource and a gravitational energy resource. The present invention is an electricity generation technology in which track circulation power for a trolley is generated inside the trolley track circulation frame by the hydraulic force (flow velocity) of a water resource and the gravitational energy of the earth and the electricity is produced by linking a linear generator and a rotational generator. An existing electricity producing method using the hydro-energy is a water resource falling method in which a dam or a breakwater is constructed in a direction perpendicular to the flow direction of water, so that the flow of a natural ecosystem is disconnected and an excessive water pressure is applied to a certain area, and, as a result, earthquakes occur in peripheral areas and broad reservoirs have bad effects on the climates of the areas. Thus, environmental organizations or residents in the area gradually oppose the dam or the breakwater because of damage such as the earthquakes or the bad effects, and the number of areas suitable for installing the dam or the breakwater reaches a limit. According to the present invention for solving the problems above, the eco-friendly generation facility produces the electricity by operating a generator, which is operated by trolley track circulation power apparatus using the hydraulic force and a gravitational force, and uses a method for maintaining the flow of the water and minimizing effects on the natural ecosystem by building and anchoring an optimal floating structure in the same direction of the flow direction of the water. According to the present invention, the generation facility according to the present invention can be variously applied to small and medium generation modules and a large generation farm as the combination thereof, can have a high utilization rate. According to the present invention, the generation facility as a floating generation facility anchored on a river or sea can be moved as necessary, can be installed without an extra power plant site, and allows a marine territory to be utilized by being installed on the sea.
