The present invention relates to an apartment type farm effective in: facilitating cleaning of the farm by guiding washing water to the lower side of a drain pan member with livestock excretions more easily using force of gravity by water flows from high to low places; purifying dirty washing water contaminated in the process of cleaning foreign substances, including the livestock excretions, leftover feed, and animal hair generated in the farm, with washing water so reusing the washing water repeatedly; and controlling supply of the washing water supplied to the drain pan member; supplying the washing water to one or more certain upper surfaces among upper surfaces of the drain pan member if necessary so as to clean, particularly, evenly supplying the washing water to entire surface area of the upper surfaces of the drain pan member or entire area of one or more certain upper surfaces selected among upper surfaces of the drain pan member through partition plates and horizontal beams so cleaning the entire surface area of the upper surfaces of the drain pan member or the entire area of one or more certain upper surfaces selected among upper surfaces of the drain pan member more easily and equally.
