The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing granules of rice cultured with Phellinus baumii mycelium using a fluidized bed granulator, and specifically, to a method of using Phellinus baumii mycelium ultrafine particles as a main material, adding corn starch, lactose, and a shiitake mushroom extract powder as vehicles, and manufacturing granules of rice cultured with Phellinus baumii mycelium using a fluidized bed granulator. The granules of rice cultured with Phellinus baumii mycelium manufactured in the present invention have excellent taste and consumer preference, and can be easily ingested by the elderly and the infirm who have a weak masticatory function as well as ordinary persons.
