The present invention relates to a cold storage module having a phase change material enhanced with thermal conduction properties and applied expandability, a freezer container having a plurality of cold storage modules, and a freezer container vehicle. The cold storage module includes: a housing including a phase change material (PCM); a heat-exchanging pipe penetrating through the housing to flow a low-temperature refrigerant inside for cooling the phase change material; and mesh metal for distributing cold and heat energy to the phase change material. The freezer container has a plurality of cold storage modules arranged and mounted on the top side, and the freezer container vehicle has the freezer container.
