The present invention relates to an apparatus for increasing the adhesion of a railroad car in a steep slope section, which comprises: auxiliary wheels which are mounted in wheels of a railroad car; and auxiliary tracks which are installed in a steep slope section of a railroad in order to be in contact with the auxiliary wheels. Therefore, the apparatus for increasing the adhesion of a railroad car can increase the adhesion of a railroad car in a steep slope section and can minimize the damage to steel wheels and a railroad by integrating auxiliary rubber wheels with the outer side of the steel wheels of the railroad car and adopting a method for installing concrete auxiliary tracks only in the steep slope section of the railroad in order to be in contact with the auxiliary rubber wheels.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
