The present invention relates to a cultivation method of rice containing omega-3 by spraying fertilizing liquid which comprises Humulus japonicas carbonizing liquid extracted by carbonizing more than one among stems, leaves and flowers of Humulus japonicas for 3-5 hours at 150-200C in a carbonizing device; perilla carbonizing liquid extracted by carbonizing one among stems, leaves and fruits of perilla for 3-5 hours at 150-200C in the carbonizing device; Phytolacca esculenta VanHoutte carbonizing liquid extracted by carbonizing more than one among roots, stems and fruits of Phytolacca esculenta VanHoutte for 8-10 hours at 200-300C in the carbonizing device; and ginkgo carbonizing liquid extracted by carbonizing more than one among woody parts, leaves and fruits of ginkgo for 20-30 hours at 200-450C in the carbonizing device to rice.
