The present invention relates to a rotary ground sample collecting device for surveying soft ground, which can prevent damage to a sample collector used for collecting a sample and can minimize the occurrence of sediment collapse by being inserted into the ground while rotating. The rotary ground sample collecting device for surveying soft ground comprises a sample collecting tube, a connecting member, a screw, a position sensing unit, a first pressing unit, a lifting member, a second pressing unit, a control unit, and an alarming unit. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the rotary ground sample collecting device for surveying soft ground can fundamentally solve a problem of damage to the connecting member and the screw due to excessive clamping force through the position sensing unit, the control unit, and the alarming unit, and can be easily inserted into the ground for collecting a sample by protecting the fore-end unit of the sample collecting tube and minimizing resistance to the fore-end unit because the sample collecting tube can be inserted into the ground while rotating by means of the connecting member and the screw.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
