The present invention relates to a rotary soil sampling apparatus for a soft ground survey, inserted into the ground while being rotated, so as to minimize inducement of sediment collapse while preventing a sampling apparatus used for sampling soil from being damaged. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a sampling pipe including an oil film bearing unit; a connection member including a first magnet unit; a screw having a liquid receiving unit in an upper part and detachably combined with a bit having a second magnet unit; a first and a second pressing member; and a withdrawal member. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a problem damaging the connection member and the bit by combination force can be simply and fundamentally solved by a repulsive force between the first and the second magnet unit faced with each other. Since the sampling pipe is digging into the ground while being rotated via the connection member and the screw, resistance of a tip part can be minimized while the tip part of the sampling pipe can be protected, and thereby the sampling pipe is easily digging into the ground to collect a sample.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
