The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treating or preventing recurrent cancer or resistant cancer which contains siRNA, antisense, or shRNA of one gene of an HIF-1α gene and a VEGF gene and antioxidant as active ingredients; and to a method for using HIF-1α as an anticancer immune resistance indicator. By means of the present invention, anticancer immune resistance mediated through ATP5H-ROS-HIF-1α signal activation is incapacitated so that anticancer immune resistance can be overcome. Accordingly, the pharmaceutical composition can be usefully used to increase the anticancer effects of various anticancer treating techniques including anticancer immune cell treatment, an anticancer agent, and radiation treatment.
