The present invention relates to an omnidirectional scan radar. The omnidirectional scan radar according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a fixed base; a rotation base which is rotatably coupled to the fixed base; a reflection unit which is arranged on the rotation base to rotate with the rotation base and includes a curved reflective surface; a laser transmission unit which is arranged on the rotation base to rotate with the rotation base and is capable of selectively emitting laser beams to a plurality of points of the reflective surface of the reflection unit; and a laser reception unit which detects the laser beams discharged to adjacent areas after being reflected by the reflection unit and returning to the original points after being reflected by objects.
