The present invention relates to raw rice wine using Chojung mineral water and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to raw rice wine using Chojung mineral water which includes a variety of original active mineral ingredients of mineral water, has storage stability, and is rich in yeast by manufacturing raw rice wine using mineral water capable of helping to alleviate high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach disease, skin disease, or eye disease. When raw rice wine is manufactured by using Chojung mineral water, the raw rice wine is slightly acidic with pH 4.8 and rich in minerals so that the rice wine has stronger antibacterial activities against microorganisms, generates yeast in abundance, and causes less hangover, bad breath, and burps than when general water is used.
