A waiting customer task supporting apparatus of a mobile banking includes: an employer terminal for processing counter services of a financial institution; and a mobile terminal which is formed to be able to communicate with the employer terminal and is for receiving inputs of a customer who relates to the counter services of the financial institution. The mobile terminal operates by converting multiple states which include: a first state which performs a data communication which is related to the counter services of a financial institution with the employer terminal; and a second state which is different from the first state. The mobile terminal is formed to minimize the waiting time of a customer or enable the customer to use waiting time usefully by performing operations including an image replay, a sound replay, a network address connection, and/or a customer input reception in order to support tasks of the customer during the second state.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
