A towel manufacturing method according to the present invention comprises a) a terry fabric manufacturing step of braiding or doubly twisting core yarns and covering the twisted yarns or forming a loop by supplying pile warp yarns manufactured by covering the core yarn with the twisted yarn between weft yarns when a floor part including weft yarns and ground yarns is weaved; b) a first dyeing step of dyeing the pile warp yarns of the terry fabric; c) a step of bleaching and refining the terry fabric; and d) a second dyeing step of dyeing the floor part of the terry fabric, wherein the b) to d) steps are carried out in the same tub, and the core yarns and the twisted yarns are separated from each other during the first dyeing step. The towel according to the present invention increases absorptive power because the multilayer structure is formed by using the pile warp yarns of a composite yarn structure. Moreover, the towel according to the present invention can keep strength which is a merit of synthetic fabric, is eco-friendly which is a merit of natural fiber, and is human body friendly because the pile warp yarns uses natural fiber, such as bamboo fiber, as the covering twisted yarn to the core yarn which is superfine fiber.
