The present invention relates to a method for allocating resources for a device-to-device (D2D) communication based on a long term evolution (LTE)-advanced network. According to the present invention, the method for allocating resources for the device-to-device (D2D) communication based on the LTE-advanced network includes the following steps: requesting information for a buffer state from a first user terminal if a signal for requesting resource allocating is received from the first user terminal by a base station; allocating a resource block to the first user terminal if the information of the buffer state is received from the first user terminal; transmitting data to a second user terminal through direct D2D communication using the assigned resource block by the first user terminal; and receiving a feedback signal, which represents whether the data is received or not, from the second user terminal by the first user terminal. As described above, according to a cooperative hybrid automatic request (HARQ) in the LET-advanced network of the present invention, problems related to the ineffective resource use of HARQ processes and related to the re-transmission of D2D HARQ processes can be solved.
