The present invention relates to a learning system and a learning method thereof, which enable a learner to understand various interactions of physical objects included in a natural scientific formula, to allow the learner to understand the meaning of natural science entirely by learning the natural science in three dimensions. Specifically, the present invention relates to a learning system using a partial image and a learning method thereof, which display a whole image corresponding to a learning target formula, and enable a user to complete the formula and/or a sentence by using a physical object corresponding to a partial image selected first as a dependent variable and/or a subject.
