The present invention relates to a lysine fusion protein having antibacterial activity specific to Staphylococcus aureus, a nucleic acid molecule coding the lysine fusion protein, and a pharmaceutical composition, antibiotic agent, and antiseptic agent containing the lysine fusion protein as an active ingredient. The present invention exhibits high activity when compared with lysine of bacteriophage and autolysin present on the bacterial genome, and thus can be used as a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating infectious diseases caused by Staphylococcus aureus, and can also be applied as an antibiotic agent or an antiseptic agent.
